The light parade will stage on South Gulling Street facing South between 4pm-5pm
The light parade will depart at 5:30pm and will take about 15-20 mins
The parade route will go from south from Portola City Park up to the hospital, down 1st street and end at the end of commercial street

The Lost Sierra Chamber is once again hosting the festivities this year for the tree lighting in Portola Dec. 1st from 4 – 8 p.m. We will have an Old Town Marketplace, light parade hosted by the City of Portola, food & drinks, bonfire, caroling, tree lighting and much more for the whole family!

Each child is given a goody bag from Santa that contains items and a “Golden Ticket”.
With the help of their parents, they put their name and phone # on the ticket and become eligible to be chosen in the drawing. Must be present to win.
Thanks to our generous community, they are able to select a new item ( toy, backpack, bikes, trikes, skateboards, puzzles, games, etc). All items are brand new and valued at over $25.00.
We don’t “sell” raffle tickets, the tickets are 100% free.Â
